A selection of the questions we get most often. If you can't find the answer here, just get in touch.

Do I own my website and domain?

Yes. The domain is registered to your business, and the content you provide or have created belongs to you. See Domains explained and Change or cancel your agreement.

How long does it take to get the site finished?

Typically 1–3 weeks from when we have your content. The biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come in. See From order to launch.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. We take care of all the technical side – hosting, domain, email setup, security and updates. You focus on your business.

Why a monthly price on top of setup?

The setup covers building the site; the ongoing operations keep it fast, secure and up over time. See What the annual operations covers.

Why is operations invoiced annually when it's stated per month?

The monthly price makes it easy to compare, but we invoice once a year to save administration for both parties. The first invoice covers setup plus the first year of operations. See How pricing works.

Can I change things myself later?

You can request changes at any time and we'll handle them. Minor adjustments are part of the agreement. See Request changes.

Can I get email on my domain?

Yes, it's an add-on with webmail and IMAP. See Email on your own domain.

What if I want an online store, advanced booking or AI chat?

We set those up as separate proposals, because the needs vary a lot. See Online store, Booking and AI chat.

What happens if I want to cancel?

You give notice on the ongoing operations, and the site stays up until the end of the paid period. You keep the domain and the content. See Change or cancel your agreement.

Is the website compliant with privacy rules (GDPR)?

We set up a privacy policy and handle data in line with the rules, and build sites with as little tracking as possible. See Privacy and GDPR.
