Request changes and get help

How to request changes to your website, what counts as maintenance, and how quickly you can expect a reply.

Updated 23 June 2026

Your website isn't finished once and for all – it should follow your business. Here's how to request changes, and what you can expect.

How to request a change

The easiest route is to get in touch and describe what you'd like changed. The clearer you are, the faster it goes:

  • What should change (which page, which paragraph, which image).
  • To what (new text, new image, new link).
  • Why, if it helps us understand the goal.

If you have new text or new images, send them along in the same message.

What counts as ordinary maintenance

Minor adjustments we usually handle as they come, as part of the agreement:

  • Fixing a typo or updating a price.
  • Swapping out an image or opening hours.
  • Adding a link or updating contact information.
  • Small text changes.

What is a separate job

Bigger things are new development, and are priced separately:

  • A brand new page or section.
  • A new feature (for example booking or an online store).
  • A redesign or an extensive restructuring.

We always tell you in advance if something you ask for goes beyond ordinary maintenance, so you're never surprised by a bill. If you send a small and a big request in the same message, we split them up and are clear about which is which.

How quickly will I get a reply?

We respond to enquiries as fast as we can, usually within one to two business days. If it's urgent – for example if something on the site is broken or down – say so clearly in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.

Prefer to talk it through?

Sometimes it's easier to have a chat than to write. Let us know and we'll find a time.
