Proposals: how to approve and pay
Received a proposal from us by email? Here's how to review it, approve it and choose payment – card or invoice.
Updated 30 June 2026
When we put together a setup especially for you – for example a Web Custom project – we send you a proposal you can review and approve directly online. You don't need to log in; the link in the email is enough.
How it works
- You get an email with a link to the proposal (
ibenta.no/tilbud/…). - You review the proposal – the title, line items with prices (setup and any monthly price), any discount, and the total.
- You approve by entering your name and email and choosing how you'd like to pay.
Choose payment: card or invoice
When you approve, you choose the payment method:
- Card: You're sent to a secure payment page (Stripe) and pay right away – setup plus the first year of operations. Ongoing operations renew automatically once a year.
- Invoice: We send you an invoice as a PDF by email with a 14-day payment deadline. You pay by bank transfer to the account number on the invoice – remember to mark the payment with the invoice number.
Both options give exactly the same delivery and price. See Payment: card or invoice for the details.
What happens after you've approved?
Once the payment is registered (card immediately, invoice when it's paid), you're registered as a customer with us, and we create a project for the delivery. You then get access to the customer portal, where you follow progress and fill in what we need from you. Then we get started – see From order to launch.
Validity
A proposal has an expiry date (usually 30 days). After that you can no longer approve it online – but get in touch and we'll gladly make a new one.
Would you rather have a fixed package?
If you don't need anything bespoke, you can order one of our fixed packages directly. See Our packages.
