Setting up and managing your booking page
Where you control services, opening hours, closed days and notifications for your booking page, and what happens when you pause it.
Updated 22 July 2026
Everything you control on your booking page you do in the customer portal, not on booking.ibenta.no. The booking page itself only displays what you've set up there. Here's what you can control.
What you can set up
- Address and profile. The short address (
booking.ibenta.no/yourname), the name that's shown, your logo, your colour, a contact email and which email should get notifications about new bookings. The language (Norwegian or English) is set here too. - Services. Add the services customers can book. For each service you choose a name, how long it takes, an optional price, a short description, and a buffer before or after (time you need between appointments). You also decide the order they appear in, and whether a service is active.
- Opening hours. The fixed times during the week when you accept bookings.
- Exception days. Individual days you're closed, or days with different hours than usual (for example a public holiday or a short day).
Customers only ever see available times that follow from this setup, so you avoid double bookings and bookings outside opening hours.
Pausing the booking
If you need a break, the booking page can be paused or archived. The booking link then stops accepting new bookings immediately (it shows a "not found" page to new customers). Customers who have already booked keep their confirmation and the right to cancel, so no one is left stranded.
Need help with the setup?
We set up the booking page for you to begin with, so you get going without doing everything yourself. If you want to change something later, you can either do it in the portal or ask us. See Request changes and get help.
