Text and content: who writes what
You can write the copy yourself, or let Ibenta do it. Here's how both work, and how to get the best result.

The text is the most important thing on your website. It decides whether visitors understand what you offer, and whether they trust you enough to get in touch. You have two choices: write it yourself, or let us do it.
Option 1: You write it yourself
Do you know your business best, and enjoy writing? Then this is a good choice. You don't need to deliver finished, polished text – send us drafts and keywords, and we'll refine the language, structure and headings.
Some tips if you write it yourself:
- Speak to the customer, not about yourself. "We help you with …" lands better than "We are a company that …".
- Be concrete. What does the customer get? Why you? Roughly what does it cost?
- Keep it short. People scan. Short paragraphs, clear headings and bullet lists help.
Option 2: We write it for you
If you'd rather spend your time on something else, we can help you with the copy. We agree on the scope and price with you. Then we need:
- A conversation where you tell us about your business.
- Some keywords about your services, customers and what makes you different.
Then we write text that's clear, credible and made to be found in search. You get it for review and can request adjustments.
What about language and tone?
We adapt the tone to you. A lawyer and a kindergarten shouldn't sound alike. If you have examples of text or websites whose tone you like, it's helpful to send them to us.
Can I change text later?
Yes. Text can be updated as part of the ongoing agreement – get in touch when something needs changing, or when you have news to share.
