Editorial policy for AI in content
How we use AI in content on ibenta.no, how our AI chat discloses itself, and how corrections are handled.
Updated 31 July 2026
We use artificial intelligence (AI) as a research and drafting aid in our content work, including our blog. Here is how we do it, and where the boundaries are.
What AI does, and what it does not do
AI's main job is research: gathering facts, checking sources, structuring an argument before a person writes it up. It is not the author. AI does not invent opinions, recommendations or experience on our behalf. Whenever we write that "we believe" or "we recommend", that is a real judgement from Ibenta, not something a language model made up.
We never invent customer stories, quotes, numbers or experience. If we do not have a genuine basis for a claim like "we have seen this with customers", we do not write it.
How our AI chat discloses itself
The AI chat on ibenta.no discloses itself the moment the chat window opens: it is labelled "AI assistant". That is not text hidden in the terms, it is the first thing a visitor sees.
