Contact form

How the contact form on your website works, where enquiries land, and how we keep spam out.

Updated 23 June 2026

A contact form makes it easy for visitors to get in touch without opening their email program. It lowers the barrier and brings you more enquiries.

What you get

The Contact form (NOK 2,000) add-on adds a form to the website – typically on the contact page, but it can go anywhere. It includes:

  • Fields you choose: name, email, phone, message, and any custom fields.
  • Email notification when someone submits, so you never miss an enquiry.
  • A spam filter that keeps bots and junk out.

Where do enquiries land?

When someone fills in the form, the content is sent to the email address you choose. You just reply as you would to any ordinary email. We can also send to several addresses if more people need to keep track.

Protection against spam

Open forms attract bots that fill them with junk. To avoid that, we use invisible bot protection (Turnstile) that stops automated submissions without bothering real visitors with annoying "click on all the traffic lights" tests. The result is that your inbox stays clean.

Privacy

A form collects personal data (like name and email), and that comes with some requirements under GDPR. We set up the form so it works together with your privacy policy. Read more in Privacy and GDPR.

Can I change the fields later?

Yes. If you want to add a field, remove one, or change where enquiries are sent, we sort it out as part of the ongoing agreement – just get in touch.
