Website brief and tender template
The document to send to every agency you ask for a quote. Fill it in once and the quotes become comparable: same scope, same requirements, same deadline.
What you get
A Word file with twelve sections. Each one explains in a sentence why it matters, then asks the questions a good agency is going to ask anyway. You answer briefly, delete what does not apply, and send.
Most businesses finish it in an hour or two. The budget and the goals are the two sections that decide everything else.

Who it is for
Anyone running a small or medium-sized business who is about to ask two or three agencies to quote on a website. We made it at Ibenta, but it is free to use, with us or with anyone else.
